淨斯榖粉的研發始於一位高雄營養學專家的關懷,因為希望幫助 證嚴法師 在忙碌修行生活中補充營養,指導精舍師父使用多種穀類加工、膨發和混合,沖泡成香醇又營養的飲品。自1984年開始研發以來,經過不斷優化,淨斯榖粉逐漸發展成兼具傳統與實用價值的營養食品。

The development of Jing Si Grain Powder began with the care of a nutrition expert in Kaohsiung, who hoped to help Venerable Cheng Yen supplement nutrition during her busy spiritual practice. The production involved guiding the monks at the Jing Si Abode to process, puff, and blend various grains into a fragrant and nutritious beverage.

Since its research and development in 1984, Jing Si grain powder has continuously been refined and has gradually evolved into a nutritional food that combines traditional values with practical daily use.
