小葉紅茶分別為手摘及機採二種,均於端午節過後開始採摘至立秋結束。淨透紅亮的茶湯,帶著淡淡的蜜香味及熟果香,清雅甘醇的滋味十分迷人。
The small-leaf black teas are hand-picked and machine-picked, both starting after the Dragon Boat Festival and ending at the beginning of autumn. The clear, red tea broth has a light honey and ripe fruit aroma, with an elegant and sweet taste that is very attractive.
小葉紅茶性溫暖胃,可補益身體,養蓄陽氣,含有豐富的蛋白質和糖,生熱暖腹,增強人體的抗寒能力,還可助消化,去油膩。

每年清明後至穀雨中旬採摘,屬於重發酵輕焙火的早春烏龍茶品。
「特級烏龍茶」是將三義茶園內不同茶樹種,挑選出最好的茶葉,拼配出「甘醇厚實」的芳韻味。金黃色的茶湯帶著特殊的花香,茶湯滋味甜醇回甘。
Harvested between Ching Ming festival and the middle of the rainy season every year, this is an early spring oolong tea with heavy fermentation and light roasting.
The "Premium Oolong Tea" is a selection of the best tea leaves from different tea species in the Sanyi tea plantation, creating a "sweet and thick" aromatic flavour.

紅烏龍茶
Red Oolong Tea
紅烏龍系結合烏龍茶與紅茶之特點與品質特色所新創制出的特色茶,茶質厚重具熟果香,滋味醇厚圓滑、富有活性、耐泡、甘醇。
Red Oolong is a newly created tea that combines the characteristics and qualities of Oolong and black teas, with a heavy, ripe fruit flavour and a mellow, round, active, brewable and sweet taste.
紅烏龍以烏龍茶烘焙製法,改以重發酵(如紅茶之發酵程度),強調的是茶湯滋味的甘醇與水色,可帶有輕熟果香。茶湯水色琥珀橙紅,明亮澄清有如紅茶的茶湯色澤,滋味卻是烏龍茶風味。
Black Oolong is made by roasting Oolong tea, with a heavy fermentation (like black tea), emphasising the sweetness and colour of the tea broth, which can have a light ripe fruit aroma. The colour of the tea broth is amber-orange-red, bright and clear like that of black tea, but with the flavour of oolong tea.

翠玉烏龍茶
Jade Oolong Tea
「翠玉烏龍茶」是台灣四大茶樹品種之一。每年清明過後至穀雨中旬採摘,單一的翠玉品種-台茶13號,屬於輕發酵25-30%輕焙火的烏龍茶。
"Jade Oolong tea" is one of the four major varieties of tea plant in Taiwan. Plucked every year after Ching Ming to the middle of the rainy season, this single variety of Jade tea, the Taiwan Tea No. 13, is a lightly fermented 25-30% lightly roasted oolong tea.
淺金黃色的茶湯帶著清馨淡雅的檳榔花香及桂花香,茶湯滋味清甜怡人。
The light golden-yellow tea broth has a refreshing and light scent of betel nut and osmanthus flowers, with a sweet and refreshing taste.
